		<description>what a fabulous recipe! so unusual and yet delightful. i couldn&#039;t find red pepper flakes so i used cracked red peppercorns that i brought back from a recent holiday in cambodia. this pepper from the southern area of kampot has a unique and fragrant quality that works beautifully in this dish. the intense aromatic quality of the black pepper from the same region brings out the sweetness of the carrots perfectly.
