		<description>I&#039;m going to give this recipe a try in the next couple of weeks.  Looks easy but delicious.  

Here in France, I&#039;ve heard they are going to start labeling all eggs with a system that will let us know exactly in what conditions the chickens live.  Bravo.  I&#039;m hoping a lot of people will pay a bit more for a quality egg and thereby help put the egg producing industry on a more sane path.
