Looks easy but delicious. Here in France, I've heard they are going to start labeling all eggs with a system that will let us know exactly in what conditions the chickens live. Bravo. I'm hoping a lot of people will pay a bit more for a quality egg and thereby help put the egg producing industry on a more sane path. Thanks for the recipe!
