Now, I had PBR straight from the brewery when I was stationed at Great Lakes NTC. PBR just doesn't taste the same when it reaches the shelf, but is still good...I haven't tried but two of these beers 11-20 (Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Anchor Porter), primarily because 1) they weren't on the list of top 99 worldwide beers at Hub's Pub, Orlando FL, in 1986-87 (yes, I did try them all); and 2) my beer connoisseur days are pretty much behind me, or at least on the back burner...however, Harpoon sounds really good...would you know how someone in SoCal could find it?

Sincerely hoping that Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA makes it...Bridgeport's IPA and Mirror Pond should also get consideration. Very nice to see the Boonte up there...my fav in Mendo.

Sorry Kip, but I agree with Matt. While Yuengling has it's virtues, it doesn't have the muscle to make it up there.

I better see Pottsville, PA represented in that top 10. Can't have a top American brews without the oldest somewhere in the line up.
