Great post, the recipe included looks very delicious. I highly recommend All Natural Meats from my client La Cense Beef in addition which would really add to the slow cooking effect.

This recipe sounds delicious! I work with La Cense Beef, they are a grass fed beef co. If you are interested in organic products, there beef would taste great in this stew.

The chestnuts were so delicious in fact I got stabbed with a fork by the other chef as I attempted to eat one of the rarer ones that had kept its full shape. But I still ate it so it was worth it.
